Does Echo hold registrations, eg: series 7, 55 etc, provide at least 15:1 leverage and have a good trading platform for NYSE and NASDAQ.

I think its unfair that prop firms lock up your money for 1 year. Are there any GOOD firms that wont lock up your cash for 1 year. I know Assent and Genisis do.

Just visited Genisis, They have a superior platform for both listed and nasdaq (one of the best i,ve seen).Unfortunatly I cant join due to lack of leverage they provide.

Has anyone had any expierence with sonic trading, looking for input.(are they well capitialized, reputable etc) I heard their day/swing trading operation does well and offices are professionally run, any input is appreciated. Thanks

Thanks volume I appreciate the response. I usually never listen to rumors like that but a friend said it came from a good source, but could'nt specify a time, he said maybe 2 months or maybe 2 years, so it really did'nt affect me either way just curious if anyone else heard anything. Thanks

Im with slickrick, I once worked for a firm that made me take my 24,the firm was not compliant and I had a hunch about it I left very fast, they were shut down less than 1 year later and many people went down. It wasn't worth the money to have your career ruined,so make sure about the firm first...

YYNOTT, I dont know daytraderpete but everything he said is positviely true I would just add when you check out firms check ticket prices because you dont want to churn yourself to death.Good luck
