why not study the AHG thread? find 1 or 2 setups - master them. simple

mine appears ok (Texas) - i did have a brief (few seconds) outage at ~ 0850 CST or so. immediately reconnected. using 878.5

they still have issues tonight. just home from work - data stopped here at ~0940 CST. now, TWS is disconnecting/reconnecting multiple times. currently - connected! :) *well, it appears i have connectivity issues as well-wow

personally, i prefer a tick or volume charts for auto trading. it allows one to use (if they choose), 24hr time frames. minute charts won't do this as well.

does the browser based TWS suffer the exact same glitches as the standalone?

noticed a setting in TWS - auto reuse rejected orders is this perhaps relevant? why would you want this feature?

well, i've been building an ats(s) for a bit..but i haven't put a successful system online live, so take that fwiw. i would suggest looking at successful methods used by discretionary traders. an example would be the AHG thread. there are others of course. also, when looking at your system...

pattern nailed the run up on es today. i captured only a few points, due to my incompetence. but that pattern was a nice 1.
