Hilo: My sense is that you should manage money myself or sell the signals as a timing service in order to fully protect your "intellectual property." Otherwise, you're going to have to disclose the stuff. Granted, you can put agreements in place to protect you but I'm sure with this type...

HiLo: Let's make sure we understand what is "the way you want to go." That determines everything. From what I'm reading, this is an automated system, correct? Can you backtest data and show the results? Are you putting together some type of account for tracking it with real money...

Exactly. As a small futures trader (I have other gigs), I look for one primary set-up each day before the day even starts. I still may see others that develop and trade them, but, for example, I got one this morning on the dip, bought it, closed it out and am probably done for the day...

I think you can have $50 / day as your objective (rather than a requirement or expecatation) but realize that some days the market isn't going to give you low risk opportunities. Other days, you may make much more than $50. Also, you should define what the maximum amount is that you're willing...

How about national sales tax in lieu of income tax?
