Thats cool but as a friend of mine once said you go to a prop firm for the leverage as well as lower commissions on trades. Plus my last job wasn't salary anyway it was all commission.

Well the payout is pretty competitive with other firms but the leverage isn't the best which i'm not concerned with because i'm new but the amount they charge per share is twice as much as other firms i visited.

Their not paying for training. I start off with a small amount of shares as i get better they'll give me a higher share allowance any losses i incur are mine but I was told if things don't workout they'll let me walk away if i am negative at that point.

No people didn't think that interest rates would be going up until the second half 2010 if it would've beat again then that may have been a sign the economy was getting better thus meaning interest rates would have to go up earlier than expected.

Probably because he is not raising interest rates until the job's number improves. Which means that as long as interest rates stay low we have a weak dollar. Weak dollar = stock market going up.
