I start at 2am cst. Ends in 5 mins or few hours, just depends on when I hit my target.

I set my alarm up couple of minutes before session starts. Get up from bed, half sleep drunk, look at some lines and set my orders. That's it.

The smartest thing was basically rewarding myself with something tangible that's meaningful from my first trading profit, so that it's ingrained in my head what trading is all about.

Just from experience, be careful about reversing with heavy position. The market can do a rejection reversal and you're stuck with position at the extreme of the range.
