TrackData www.mytrack.com is very fast. Their E-Mini quotes are normally leading IB's quotes. On Nasdaq equities, the latency should be between 0.5 sec and 1.5 sec. (Compared to exch timestamp) IMO, quite good for such a cheap feed.

more and more volume in equity products is going electronic, which gives the cme more income. i do not know, but if there where secret plans to shut down the floor, this would bring additional income to the CME as they charge much more for a globex trade than a pit trade for an exch...

pretzel, when a cancelled order gets stuck, I call IB helpdesk before I do anything else. It shouldn't happen on GLOBEX, I think, it is a quite "normal" phenomenon for stocks.

your monitors electronics is broken, i think. does it run ok when you switch to a low resolution (800x600 or so)?? i think it can be repaired without too much fuzz.

my personal opinion: the system does not exist, the screenshots are probably made with paint shop pro...:D it wouldn't be the first time kimble tries it this way...

kim schmitz was accused of several large betrayals from 1998 - 2001 and was involved in the letsbuyit.com scandal. i think he was sentenced to a prison penalty in 2002. check out www.kimble.org, it is a rather funny site, but, ahmmmm..., the last thing for me would be to give money to this...
