I was expecting to see more of a bounce up today after the overnite buying, apparently not. Nice hold S2. This market looks tired!! I think its time for the Dow to come to its 200 day.

I shorted Resistance 1 pivot @ 1273, going to use a 1270 as an absolute cover point. Overhead resistance @ Jan close still in effect for now.

Do both, I did. Economics gives you good theory and math skills and Finance will give you more specifics about the markets.

Be patient and wait for your set ups. My favorite one is the gap up followed by the buyers who jump in late. I fade this 90% of the time. If you are scalping take your gain and move on to the next trade.

Shorted Jan close (1275), covered @ the open. 1275 area short term resistance. I expect chop for the rest of the day so I maybe finished. Also shorted Ym as well @ the same time for some gravy.

Yes Bright does let you hold overnite that is a fact. And a lot of shares at that. That is one positive with Bright trading.

Cover 1260, entry 1267.50 (just below main pivot). Looks like they are breaking 200 day. Timber!!

Any short term support besides the 200 day. We are getting close to the open of the year on the ES. We break thru that and its either going to be supported or more downside to come. This would be purely technical though. I think the next round of action will come around 1250 or 125 option...

Did anyone catch that 14+ point move down this morning. 1274-1259.25? I was watching it but didnt trade it unfortunately.
