Does anyone have any opinion of this company. I know its a Prop firm and is associated with the Carlin Financial group. What are their commissions and payout , as well as any other insight that that can be offered?

While I can see where your coming from, not being shy about loading up with positions, that animal has been dead and slaughtered for a while now. Just because trading somewhat mindlessly worked out for some traders in that totally false environment (more balls less brains) doesn't mean these...

I've seen it and you are 100 % correct. I work for Shoney, I never made real big money when stocks went straight up day after day in the late 90's. But I always made a good living, and I am still profitable over the last year, meanwhile Shoney has not let any of those "superstars" go even though...

I also heard the laid off traders who have kickers coming in Dec. will get them unless they recruit traders away from schoney... hear anything on this ?

I heard it was around 50 ,which is a large percentage. I also heard the LA. office will be totally closed down, and that the 3 South Florida offices will be consolidated to one in west Boca going from 300 traders to about 50... not good

The Issue is buying power,and trade support. But you do have a point.

I heard they let go 70% of the traders in Chicago is this true ? How many were gross positive?
