Is it change or continuation? Half the volume eh? What is the context and how is it different than the other three highlighted bars?

What happened on the bar following the fourth one shaded? Did it show as continuation or change? And then what happened next?

Sheesh! On a properly annotated chart, it is a LF, not just LM. Subtle difference. Most can see the similarities; the devil, they say, is in the differences.
