    "Wall St's Naked Swindle"

I don't need people "on my side". I need people to understand right from wrong. Your folks needed to do that for you. To understand what's at stake, and to understand that there is an alternative to naked short selling, it's call "short selling", and I do it. Guys like you -...

    "Wall St's Naked Swindle"

How about you just got a locate/hardborrow, and then sold short? You know, like the law says? Where do you guys come from?

House Majority Leader: Pay owner of stock to borrow his/her shares to short sell.

Wrong. They aren't supposed to, but they do. Before becoming an apologist for the Industry, think about it. You will be embarrassed. They lend out legended securities. And everybody knows it. I've told officers of several small companies to pull all stock from them. It will come...

ByLoSellHi exceeds 11K posts but no market decline

I hate everything about Wall St. and our Government, but I'm long stocks. Funny, I've watched Peter Worden and Art Cashin be wrong for the longest time. I fully understand what they see. I know what I know. But I can read a chart. There can be no arguing the trend of the market, at...

    "Wall St's Naked Swindle"

Enough to make them do anything but solve it. Numbers? Hundreds of billions. Remeber. If you're naked short a multiple of the float, the offer price is meaningless.

    "Wall St's Naked Swindle"

Funny you should say that. I was just speaking of the delay the SEC is causing, re: naked shorting, and the reasons why they would do such a thing. They are a tool of the brokers, and obviously this is a telephone number in cleanup, and they just don't have it.

House Majority Leader: Pay owner of stock to borrow his/her shares to short sell.

My friend, you have some surprises on the horizon. It is supposed to work like that. "supposed " is the operative word. They do nothing w/i the law except talk about it.

    "Wall St's Naked Swindle"

We've been saying this for years. deepcapture.com has documented emails between reporters and hedgefunds, including some that say, "gee. I'm sorry the stock didn't go down more on my article." And apologists are on me like flies on dung. For years people said to me, "why don't I read about...

House Majority Leader: Pay owner of stock to borrow his/her shares to short sell.

thank you , Sir. Josh Galpin did a lot of work on this several years ago. Yes, by naked shorting, you circumvent the process, and the Pensions do suffer an economic loss. Good to hear a sane voice who indeed does understand how the markets work. We straighten this out now, or lose it.

    Jerry Brown...classic !!

Another instance of Wall St. not pollicing itself, and allowing the loons to come in and do the Populist Waltz. They brought it upon yourselves, and I do remember Gov. Moonbeam. Any port in a storm.

Kaufman Lives Up to His Promise.....

Why then, was it GS that requested that ban? Explain that one. Whoever you work for must be squeezed pretty good. It was the brokers that requested the ban, the targets of the NSS. Of course, as soon as the "all clear" sounded, solid citizens that they were, they went back to the old tricks.
