I have been buying calls on GOOG over the last couple of months..have caught most of the run up and was not holding anything the last week or so.. I wanted to get a play in on earnings so the other day I purchased (3) Aug 370 Calls @ $1.00 when GOOG was around $303 and change and sold them...

Well so many articles after the earnings release are saying they disappointed on Revenue and yet a few minutes ago ( 8pm est) the Wall Street Journal put out a story titled: "Yahoo's Profit and Revenue Surge" Go figure?? ( I'm not a scubscriber so I couldn't read the article...just saw...

This is an older thread you bought back up and I can't speak for Futures Trader 71 but I believe what he meant is just what he said: "connectivity is key as well." So if I am correct, he's stressing that wireless with its potential to be slower and for disconnects is not the internet...

I don't know but I feel they are about to take off...and I hope I am correct as I did purchase (10) YHOO AUG 40 Calls @ .50 yesterday when the stock was around $36.61 I just looked about 15 minutes ago and see YAHOO was around $37.52 and those options are getting .65 and have been to .70...
