Great chart Mr Black. Do you use PRV as your entry?

I wasn't around today, (good thing, considering problems with OEC data). Here's a hindsight view...

    Iterative Refinement

I learned something about longer term lateral traverses today....feeling more confident in my yellow sequence channel... Spyder, your weekend drill and yesterday's debrief drill really helped....thanks

    Iterative Refinement

Identifying traverse level pt 3's has become a "focus" for me over the last couple of days...as I presently understand the method, the 1:50 bar is a tape level pt 3. I'm not sure if there is a rule about whether a traverse pt 3 can reside within a tape pt 3 or not.Where's Romanus???:D

For me, correctly identifying the traverse pt 3 is the key to understanding the repeatable sequence that follows. If you are confident in where you have identified your pt 3, then you should understand why those time periods have very different contexts.

Sorry ehorn, I'm not sure what your asking. Also, without volume and more bars, having the right context would be difficult.

tells me to look for traverse pt 3. :p

    Iterative Refinement

ok, I'll play along....where are you shorting?..close of 1510 bar?(don't think so).....close of 1515 bar(aggressive but not unreasonable)...close of 1520(most probable given advanced beginner level).....6 points of heat though...

    Iterative Refinement

yeah, but....what does the 1545 bar tell you?...imo faster fractal traverse doesn't start until 1555 bar. By the way, I am in no way positive I am correct.....good for pre flight though :)

    Iterative Refinement

I agree ehorn... 1500 - dom 1505 - non dom 1510 - non dom 1515 - key bar - non dom 1520 - faster fractal traverse complete with tl break on iv don't agree - what does the 1545 bar tell you?:)

Also, upon further review :) , you have(I believe) the 11:10 bar as a pink channel dominant pt 3 which also is a dominant traverse channel pt 2. I wasn't aware that was acceptable. If it is then, I guess the 11:25 OB would be considered non dom? thanks again

Spyder, If you get a chance, could you please answer the questions I have on the attached chart. tia

Thanks WG ...my light green channel was an area of confusion for me.

    Iterative Refinement

WG, I'm having a hard time figuring out where you started your pinkish-brown channel. would you mind telling where your original 1,2,3's for that channel are?
