Often -not always- IB´s chat is just a terrible waste of time for both sides. The thing is: If I really need an answer for some problem then I will try to get hold of someone who finally will provide that answer. Re-enter chat once again and so on. Or just wait for the HK shift. :)

If you do a lot of trading with options, why not move your account to O-X ? Their company name implies to me that they might have better knowledge about options and option exchanges (like ISE, CBOE, PHLX, PSE).
