    https://propex.com.au/trainee-traders is a Singapore and Australia based Prop .. not based on Test fee model... and there are many others at the top end,, BUT TO GET IN YOU NEED to have either experience/ qualifications in finance + math= IT etc It is like getting a job with Ford, GE, Apple...
