This is already supported. You can monitor all your favorite threads by subscribing to them (see bottom left of this page for the subscribe link). You can then view all of your subscribed threads under the section in the black bar at the top right called "your account".
If you are looking for all the posts a certain user has made, you must enter their username in the search box on the right hand side and not the keyword search on the left.
If you enter a username in the keyword search box on the left, it will only search the body of messages for occurences...

There were some complaints that the thread was getting off topic and that some of the more recent posts were inappropriate. After reviewing those posts myself, I agreed so some posts were removed and the thread was closed.
Yeah, or you can click on the word "kill" at the lower righthand corner of one of their posts, and use the resulting page to recommend that the user be removed.
