Unfortunately not. With your browser security levels set that high, there's nothing I can do on this end to fix that issue.

What type of logos or ads are they? It sounds like you may have inadvertently downloaded some adware at some point that is now displaying ads between page loads.

I'm not sure how that would work. Since most people have dynamic IP addresses, you could be ignoring Bill, Jane, and Sue one day, and then the following day you could be blocking three totally different users because those users now have the IPs that Bill, Jane, and Sue had yesterday, or last...

It's possible but due to higher priority items, it's not realistically something that could happen very soon. That functionality is not currently programmed into the software, so it would take a good amount of work to pull it off.

Although there may be a some strong opinions being posted from both sides about the war in the Chit Chat forum, I don't see a problem with the moderation of those threads. I do however, appreciate the feedback.

The burden is not solely on the moderators, but on the community, which includes us all. If you feel like a post is over the line, or violates our member agreement, then you should use the kill function to report it to a moderator. You can do this by clicking on the word "kill" at the bottom...

Ok, this should be fixed now. Sorry for the delay in getting this straight. When I originally said it was done, I thought the "new thread email notification" was built into the software already and all I had to do was enable it, but it turned out it wasn't built in so I had to hack it in.
