    Is the crypto winter over?

How do you measure a crypto winter? From the high to the low? Winter ended in Nov of 2022. Or does the crypto winter officially end with a new all time high?

    Blockchain is Dangerous Nonsense

I agree that it will reduce the supply but as I said the fact that once lost bitcoin is gone forever might reduce the demand. Do you think ETF's will lose their bitcoins. I'm confident that the ones traded on major exchanges will have some kind of risk control in place. Plus BITO is a futures...

    Blockchain is Dangerous Nonsense

The fact that bitcoin can be lost or destroyed is a drawback in my opinion. Once bitcoin is lost or destruyed it's gone forever. It may reduce the supply but it also reduces demand. (it scares some people that it's gone forever) Gold on the other hand can be lost but there is a chance it may be...

    Blockchain is Dangerous Nonsense

One of the selling points of bitcoin is that it is digital gold. Where gold outshines bitcoin is that it has other uses and to my way of thinking is more secure. Gold is shiny and can be used for jewelry. You don't need the internet to transact in gold. Gold has industrial uses such as in...

    Weak US Bank Stocks?

Me too!! Looks like an over reaction to me. Tight stop and a decent risk to reward. I'd expect some action from dividend seekers. Not a long term hold, I'll bail quickly at the first sign of trouble.

    My Story in Prop Trading

It would be nice to see specific examples of how it is done. The reason I ask is that one of the reasons that traders fail is having unrealistic expectations. Taking a few thousand dollar account to six figures in a short time is quite a feat. I'd like to see how it's done.

Any other Intermediate-Term-Trend ETF Traders here?

LOL! I have very rarely understood anything Murray has said.%%:caution::caution::D:D I use Stockcharts.com to scan for set-ups. Hardly ever look at fundamentalsn as they don't seem to be of much help for short term trading.

    Bitcoin "Freefall"

yup you're right my dollar lost value over the last two years but no more than your bitcoin. You value bitcoin in dollars don't you. Bitcoin is actually worth less than it was when you convert it to dollars and take inflation into consideration. And I put my dollar to work and made a half...

    Bitcoin "Freefall"

What do you mean HA HA? When Ken posted that statement BTC was trading at around 46700. It's been over 2 years that has only seen it trade higher than that for a little bit on the ETF hype. In the trading world it's called dead money. HA HA

    Swing Trading the ARK Universe

Thanks for the explanation. I don't know if I'd put a lot of faith in ARK providing support as ARK funds have had significant outflows. It will be interesting to see how it plays out?

    Swing Trading the ARK Universe

I'm making the assumption that BE = Break Even Can you explain the thinking behind this decision? What happens if IRDM keeps dropping in price? Are you going to hold thru earnings if price doesn't get back to breakeven? By selling at BE the trade is now all risk with no reward.

What are your favorite low risk strategies to use?

It's a simple system, not necessarily an easy one. The trick is to stay out of your own way.

What are your favorite low risk strategies to use?

With that system you never get to do that. But over the long run and for that matter of fact the short run, you have a low risk strategy that makes money.
