    Here's an idea - why not post a journal ? A journal normally consists of a daily or weekly summary of trades taken, profit and loss etc etc..

    So you regard a 2% loss as a 'terrible week' ............? Sounds pretty tame to me. I suggest you trade one tenth of your normal size until you return to consistent profitability.

    "Had another terrible week, down 9k1." What is that as a percentage ? I would drastically cut back on trading size. Your goal should be consistent profitability, week after week, month after month, only after that should you try and make large gains. Just my humble opinion.
