    Prop Futures

call me crazy if you want, but all the stock prop/pro firms want are a bunch of churn monkeys. If the futures guys are making their money off your PROFITS and not your fees/commissions, then its possible that they aren't scams. I have yet to see anybody prove this point however.

harry, you are getting your "facts" from a very dubious source. The people who put out that web site are fanatical born again christian extremists who think EVERYTHING is satanic. These are the kinds of people that play rock records backwards looking for satanic messages. Reagan, Bush , and...

"I could be wrong, but that sounds like a dreamworld scenario, grounded in wishful thinking rather than observable fact" this coming from somebody who is so deluded that Bush appears more evil than Sadam.

"How about the fact that it was entirely a US decision not to go after Saddam in 1991?" Uh Duh, if you read my post and knew something about history you wouldnt' embarass yourself like that. The U.S. caved in to international pressure and left Sadam to face U.N. sanctions. Thats history...

"Bush spoke at a university last month and was asked by a student why can't sanctions and inspections work. In what was an honest and unrehearsed reply, Bush said, 'I mean therapy is not going to change his (Saddam's) evil mind". The students laughed, but he is right. The Middle East responds to...

that is probably what would have happened to Sadam. He had the French and Germans on his side, he was set for life. Then that rascal Dubya came along and wouldn't play fair ! Gee what a jerk !

by the way I did not vote for Dubya and I don't like Rush Limbaugh. I support the war because I think we did a disservice to the Iraqi's when we listened to the U.N. and left Sadam in power after Gulf War I. I always had a feeling we would go back and when we did it didn't suprise me very much.

if it leads to denial of reality, then yes it is pathological. People who think Sadam is the good guy are down right scary, and I have read posts on this board to that effect. To me that goes way beyond politics and into the realm of brainwashing.

    the real "war" question

hello? do you even read people's posts? the Shiites will kill them in the south and the Kurds will kill them in the north. If they are smart they will leave the country.

    Iraqi Freedom

here , reread it yourself, if you even read it the first time: In the real world war or revolution is necessary to get rid of dictators. No dictator has ever left power because of purely external political pressure, if that were the case there wouldn't be any more dictators. It always takes a...

    the real "war" question

For every loyal Sadam supporter there is somebody else who wants revenge. I suspect Sadam loyalists will start leaving the country once the capital is captured. They won't want to live in the aftermath with Shiites and kurds running around looking for revenge.
