I know the optionnet software has this info in 5 minutes increment for the last 3 years but its not a database per-se... You might be able to get raw data if you talk to them directly... I hope this helps a bit

By far the best one I have used is optionnet explorer... It doesnt suggest strategies though. Trademonster's platform is quite nice also but too pricy... IB sucks ass but has the best rates. I figure you cant get everything... So to resume I use optionnet to create and manage the positions...

Delta doesnt change at a constant rate... The key here is gamma, it also isnt fixed so its a real hassle. I have not seen an easy way to predict delta change so far. IMO you are fighting an uphill battle...
