Agreed re oandas charts. They could do with a lot of work. What I did notice is that their prices are nicely aligned with futures prices (1min charts). Some of the other forex brokers prices seem to move very slowly, freeze or move out of alignment from time to time. One even jittered up...

One way to solve the broker data problem is to open a free oanda training game account. I have one that I open occasionally to keep track when futures are doing the gap / huge spread thing. You just need to be aware of the cash/futures spread or do a quick calc on recent prices. Kiwi

Volker you might be right but the group of serious system traders that I knew to be using Trading Recipes were quite dismissive of wealthlab. Possibly those issues are fixed but I dont know if that is true. Any serious backtester should look at Recipes and the Turtletradingsoftware product...
