Nice try but not. If you sell the next put out after it moves that's fine, but you won't get enough for it to make up for the loss on the put you already are short. You're just digging a bigger and bigger hole is all.

When you leave out important details like the stock ticker and are this vague, it's going to be nearly imposible for anyone to offer any assistance.

I follow his blog where he posts charts from time to time that I find usefull. Unfortunately in his videos he usually just bables on with little content for the entire 10 minutes.

Would it be a terrible burden to require that the first X (5,10,etc) posts for a new user be manually approved before hitting the public board? Is there such a feature in whatever software this board is using? This way it would save everyone from this non-sense. I've seen other boards...

This is a requirement by the CBOE, options cannot be "automatically" traded. There must be a human link in the chain and this is how IB has chosen to do it.

I take that back, Ninja Trader does include a TRIX indicator by default. So there you go, no programming at all needed.

Not included by default as far as I know but this would be easy to code in TOS or NinjaTrader. First is free with an account, second is just free if you don't use it for order entry. I know you said you dont code, but two lines of script is hardly an effort. I bet if you even asked nice on...

That is twice the move per day. So unless you think the spy will drop 50% in one day, then no.

This might exist if you're using a simple MA crossover strat or something. But it's most likely you've got your own little twist. Check out NinjaTrader though, they let you parameterize some of the simple stuff and appears to be 3rd party support you might be able to access other things from.

This is not good, but what choice do you have? Have you compared googles results to those of other search sites? I've found they're still usually the best. So either others are filtering more, or the others just aren't as good despite not filtering. Either way I still get what I want off...
