Maybe I’m a spring chicken here - i think every bear market I’ve experienced hit the lowest low within 6-12 months. A lot of tech names have been declining since last August. I think we‘ve already seen the low for 2022.

fwiw, i'm a bit of a market indicator, myself. when i focus on companies we're in a bull market. when i leave the forum for several months we're in a bear market. when i start focusing on the macro picture it's time to buy (that's where we're at now). if things go as planned i'll be looking at...

fwiw, my industry saw it's fair share of supply chain problems in the past 6 months -- things seem to be improving. my guess is that margins will be down this quarter but start improving soon.

If the deal fails, long-dated call options are completely mispriced. My $60 leaps are up 70% today, and if they go back to the pre-Musk announcement they should have close to 5x upside.
