these two stocks are dead. unless your buddy knows deep inside information/secret that's going to boost these stocks w/ a mindblowing announcement in the fall, i wouldnt touch these w/ a ten foot pole.

It would be nice if people start cashing out of real estate bubble and pump it back into the stock market. Then it'll become 1999/2000 all over again. :D
