The last I know, T3 does not take non-US residents. Not sure about SMB but they will require Series 56 if they do indeed take non-US citizens. Not sure which props give options access as the one I currently trade with provides cash market access only currently

Most props apart from LeeLoo or similar want traders to put down capital for leverage with varying profit %. Some of them add on some trainings/education to top it up.

Depends on the asset class you are looking to trade. I trade with Alkaline Capital currently but they only offer US equities. You can search the forum based on the asset class you are looking to trade

Basically it is hard to borrow at your broker. Just check what is the short locate fee on that stock, pay that and you will be able to short it then

As Robert said, most firms will set the size limit based on your account balance. The current prop firm I trade with allows me to increase it on adhoc basis if I need it for a particular day
