    ES Journal Archive (2006 - 2008)

Little afterhours fun, could have timed the entry a little bit better but thought it was a sound trade. Anyone think posting charts with annotations is better than posting the calls in text format, I just think they are more informative and precise. Time for little rest so I can be ready...

What a freaky market, about ready to go insane

As a trader you must be prepared to adapt and adjust for the three scenarios: Bull Market Sideways Market Bear Market All three are traded differently and the bear is by far the most volatile of them all and imho the one that offers the most opportunities. Truth is only the most...

I'm honestly not sure how you guys trade and post the calls without hindering your trading, much respect for doing that while keeping the focus. Here is my recent long. TV

Maybe I'm watching a different index but I don't see any potential support until 920. That's where the real fight will happen, if lost to the 800s. TV

Is it possible to be both a scalper and an intraday position trader?

You are either a scalper or an intraday swing trader, can't be both or your trading will suffer. Only thing I can think of is to use multiple contracts, say two, then treat the first as a scalp and the last one as an intraday swing and just take what the market is offering. TV

S&P daily pivots and break-down & up Targets

If it was not for posters like Joe this site would be next to useless. ET police needs to settle down and realize that eventhough sponsors bring dollars, good content brings people and furthermore, other sponsors. Joe stuff is sound, your choice ET. TV

    Alternative views on SPM

SPM is a formidable start for those wanting to get their feet wet but the ultimate goal, as stated many times by the SPM creator is Price Action. SCT on the other hand is the biggest nonsense in ET since the National Enquierer. Sample attached. TV <img...

It's true that MACD lags price, which is why pure price action is recommended once you get to that level. Something that has been clearly stated before in this thread. In the meantime what he is offering is good enough until you make it to the big league. TV
