Yes, tried market order, tried to sell at much lower than bid price, it seems that TWS didn't transmit my order.

I was short 8 contracts of "SPY Sep15'17 249 CALL", I was notified the options were exercised last night, so I was short 800 SPY. SPY closed at $249.47 yesterday, so I guess the exercise was reasonable. In the pre-market, SPY was traded below $248.6, so I closed all my short SPY positions. Now...
