Will Steorn crash the world's energy markets?

Permanent magnets are usually made of neodymium. Magnet producers would obviously represent a long opportunity as well. As would mining companies that mine these types of rare earth metals used in their manufacture. Runningbear

Not to mention that I'll never have to recharge my ipod again.:D Seriously though, one of the biggest benefits to humanity would be economical water desalination. Deserts could be converted into forests. Food production would increase exponentially. The benefits would go way beyond...

Esignal support the worst there is ?

Esignals customer service is so bad that when you send a suggestion to their ideas email, you don't even get an automated response. Imagine a technology company that can't even manage to automate a thankyou email. This to me is a true reflection of their attitude towards customers. And I'm...

Would you quit after you have made $1Mil?

I don't know about everyone else, but I don't consider a million to be a lot of money these days. In Australia, a nice house in the inner suburbs will cost you a million. Nothing amazing just a four bedroom with a backyard and a garage. So after you've bought a house, what are you going...

Ripley, You won't make any money until you have a proven strategy. Until then you're just throwing away your money. I've read 50 of your posts and not one of them has ever discussed an actual methodology. It's all "I made a trade because the market looked like it had sold off too much"...

More on the Sydney, Australia move

If you want to save on tax, consider setting up an Australian self managed super fund. You'll only pay 10% on contributions and depending on your age, you can deposit up to 50K a year I think. The more you contibute, the more you reduce your taxible income. It's designed that way to encourage...
