    ***my First Post***

You do not really need to study charts and set ups all the time. Hard work is important, but to a certain degree. All you need is ONE set up, which you know inside out, on one index future. You can make 7 (low) figure income with this. Totally beleive in KISS (inless options are traded)...

    switching from es to bund

Why do you want to switch? ES moves very fast comparing to BUND. BUND is probably the toughest one to trade since it is in range most of the time.

    ***my First Post***

Best of luck. The odds are against you as they are against anyone, but few people make it. By making it I mean at least upper 6 figures or lower 7 yearly income. Leverage is a very powerful ally if you know how to use it. I still find it funny when people compare billion $ fund managers and...

So I'm with Gain Capital at the moment...

I had accounts with multiple forex MMs including fxcm and oanda, no issues what so ever with withdrawing money. As far as negative posts. Review some of the threads in forex section where I and few others explain why retail forex is not a real market and odds are geared against yuo even in...

    Globex or Currenex?

propfx and fxcm are the same thing. Only propfx currenex has a bit tighter spreads, but the price we get is still easily manipulated. Definitely go with Globex. On top of being a central market it is cheaper than any forex MM. redduke

Why more stock daytraders than futures?

Liquidity, instant execution, little or no slippage, 1 tick spread, no mm or specialist games, leverage (if used properly) are all benefits of futures. But too many people think that futures are too dangerous (afraid to get a truck of pork bellies) and confusing. redduke

SPX Has Topped For The Year Or Pabst Will Leave ET

I thought about this a bit and still wonder why would anyone call a top or a bottom with certainty. We deal in a world where every moment is unique, they might seem to be similar but they are not. If someone wants to call the top, why just not say, I think there is a higher probability of top at...

SPX Has Topped For The Year Or Pabst Will Leave ET

I also put more probability on bearishness. But I do not really care, either way I just react, no predictions, paid my dues in this department.

SPX Has Topped For The Year Or Pabst Will Leave ET

I hope Pabst will come back. He is a valuable member. One bad trade unless it's illiquid and leveraged should not kill someone with his experience.

Irony at its best. A pedophile writing laws to protect children from his kind.

    Online Betting Companies' Shares Plunge

I could never understand why people would play in on line casinos. Even at regular casino, the odds are against you, but in online where everything is controlled by programmers who developed it, all payers are sheep. And we all know what happens to sheep. But if loosing money or getting...

real estate LA - banging my head against the wall

No conspiracy, 1% rate and "smart" financing created this situation among other things. Very interesting how this whole thing will turn out. But that's few years into the future.

These guys are nothing but thieves and gamblers

So you completely dismiss out of hand that there could be market manipulation in order to get more voters for midterm? I am not saying that I believe in it, but will definitely consider such possibility. redduke

These guys are nothing but thieves and gamblers

As far as investors loosing money, there should be no worries there. There are people that have too much money and 5% a year in t-bills is not enough. They allocate small portions of their fortunes across many funds fully aware of blow up possibility, but they come ahead well over all. Fund...
