I believe that the safest way is to send the money via Western Union. It is considered a wire transfer. You must contact the customer service department to get the wiring instructions. It is quick, easy, and safe. But, it is more expensive. Has anyone else used this method?

They are published on the Dow Jones New Service. Market on close imbalances used to be great plays in the 90's. They really fizzled out in 2000. Too many people know about them now. Once in a while you will catch a good one. But, it's rare.

There are 4 or 5 NYSE stocks that I stick to each day. I am very familiar with how they trade. I also trade story stocks and once and a while I'll trade the QQQ and SPY.
