Both of those are rtl bo's on increasing vol. it seems like a risky proposition to ignore them. I thought regardless of no, soc or return to dominance, we were to take those.

I find this to be a useful statement but have a question. Quite often we find ourselves in a lateral shortly after pt2. Why does that lateral not end on Pt3 since it's purpose was the move from 2-3. A return to dominance would appear quicker and we could look for a signal for change.

If only I saw this a minute earlier, I could have avoided posting another hairbrained reply. Now I'm really confused as to what I should have seen for the resolution level I want to trade. I am trying to get away from the enter/exit mode. I find it much less relaxing than traverse level.

debriefing and going to spyders chart for confirmation, I found many errors in the dom-nondom method I used. I missed RTL BO's on inc vol, I saw sc and soc just before these but was waiting for dom to return on one of the sim platforms. I failed to act on the rtl bo though. I also placed my...

I was simming 2 methods today. One was the way i usually see things. got beat up doing that. and one trying to stick with the dom- non dom idea, at least what I understand it to be. I appreciate the congrats but the reality is I was clueless most of the day and in disbelief that the dom-nondom...

For a traverse level trader requiring a return to dominance after sequence completes to seek change, I only saw 2 of them, 1005 peak volume, reverse to short. 1115 peak volume reverse to long. I did not see another return to black dominance after that. Is that really correct. Must be missing...

I dont believe we had a lateral there. We started a new up sequence at 1420 and 1445 was pt3/SC. I suppose one could say pace jumped and we needed to go around again. The beauty of being able to reverse engineer.

guava, saw the same thing, as I often do when I think it's change, drop fractals, problem was I didnt stay on that fractal and missed it's sc/soc. ended up washing an 8 pt move. I dont know why it was not change. I also had to do the same thing at the 1510 bar, wasnt sure it was PV so jumped...

":50 bar = non dom (1st bar BO pennant so this also cannot be PV) " quote from Guava thanks guava, missed that. how about my other question. was 1450 pv or what do you have for SOC. For me the last step in this journey seems to be differentiating the SOC's and Peak volume. I'm probably...

preflight not certain on this, not knowing what peak vol is in the now makes me do WMCN. I was not around this afternoon but debriefing created a few questions(big suprise). 1450 bar, is that PV? For me the SOC came on the IBV 1505. Would be nice to know before that. Slightly finer tools...

What was the SOC on your green pt1? Should it have been known on that bar? I did not enter long until early in the last minute of the 1405 bar @ 851.75

I was just trying to offer a possible scenario. While doing my preflight I started working backward from the close and had a down traverse drawn in. Than as I continued backwards came to the other possiblity of a pt2-3 move of the up traverse(questioning where pt1 exists). The final bar of the...

Did you have an SOC at 1355? If so could you explain? I do not trade strictly the traverse level changes so I am unclear where the actual pt1 for the up traverse is. For me the 1500 bar was the SOC and 1505 confirmed it. That is where I got long and quit looking for short entries. 1540 told...

    Iterative Refinement

Today I had premarket displayed and tried starting with that so I will post that chart first. The next post will have the drill. I started at the open thinking we were in a lateral 2-3 move of an up seq. When debriefing a few bars later I found an error in my analysis and changed it. Anyway I...

I don't know the correct answers but compare the gaussian troughs and peaks on the 1220 and 1255 possible PV's. The difference from trough to peak on 1220 was much greater, thus my concluson it was pace accel and 1255 was PV. Maybe someone that knows the answer can tell if this is correct or...

Guava. I have tried for a month to figure out the differences. Sent spyder many possible answers but none correct yet. I also have asked several in here that I feel have a good grasp of things but have yet to find someone that knows the answer. My last thought was the depth of the gaus. trough...

Thanks guava and avi Sometimes I get caught up in the sequences and trying to spot signs of change after sequence completes and miss those wmcn traverse situations. Havent had too much trouble lately. Hopefully I'll be able to remember this one. There was enough information to get back on the...

    Iterative Refinement

This is how I saw today and I dont understand why some of them were not considered change or had permission to seek change. Things were going fine until I messed up the inc vol IBGS's in the afternoon. They didnt hurt as bad as ignoring a strong signal telling me I was on the wrong side. I know...
