Trading by Satellite Internet -- will this really work?!?

No way I would ever go back to satellite (Hughes) for day trading. They cut you out for bandwidth hogging without warning. Sky finicky. I'd rather get data cell plan.

    TSLA the next leg up

These aren't cars "catching fire". They are cars having things happen to them external of the car that cause the fire. IMO, those that are not strictly buy and hold are out of TSLA, it needs a lot more time to cool off.

Seeking advice on situation; considering employment at Prop shop/hedge fund

65% is great, I would not change anything if in your shoes. I could not find any books by Mehoff, Jack on amazon. It is a shame because if they were worth it I would have blown a wad on them.

What is your goal? What is your mission statement? What guides you? Ambiguous or not, I have a goal. I can't read yours in what you write. Many people have no goal and mistake the thrills and risk as being enough.

What is the worst one day loss you ever had?

I don't keep track to know about worst one day losses, I've had many bad losses. Amounts surely into five figures. Percents approaching 25% when I dabbled in futures with a small account overleveraged. I bought a solar company at it's exact top fully margined. My worst losses are...

I hate people that whine about how things change. Joel Greenblatt Value Investing book rang true to me. I don't use it. Unsolicited: Read Bogleheads forums, adopt their philosophy.
