Large shops offering DMA besides IB

Why the $0.35 per contract then? https://brokerage.tradier.com/?_ga=2.95483420.1297210147.1597348920-1369433242.1597348920

Large shops offering DMA besides IB

By the way, are options order flows being sold like equities as well? I can see that IB and Schwab both charge $0.65 per contract when Tradier offers an eat-all-you can model for $30.

    Tradier's OptionsBrew Coming Soon!

So just to be clear, you are asking for $85 - 30 = $55 monthly for the use of a graphic user interface to place orders, instead of the API?

Large shops offering DMA besides IB

Not a big fan of Lightspeed I must say (I know they are sponsors of this site and I actually like the guy) Looking for alternatives really.

Large shops offering DMA besides IB

Schwab and Tradier are often mentioned here but they both sell order flow to HFTs. I am wondering which online discount brokers besides IBKR offers Direct Market Access to the major US exchanges?

Excel 2016 + IB excel API : Stocks & Geography greyed out

Windows 10 reset - Office 365 re-installed and updated. TWS re-installed. APIs re-installed. Spreadsheets re-designed. Problem still here. There I cracked at at Midnight: A compatibility issue: Newer version of excel reading older IB xls samples. It was just a matter of converting them to Excel...

Excel 2016 + IB excel API : Stocks & Geography greyed out

Excel 2016 (with office 365) is now offering free real-time stock prices from Nasdaq. But my Stocks and Geography data types get greyed out (disabled) by the IB VBA somehow. I have tried both DDE and ActiveX unsuccessfully. Now IB is charging $30 for every 100 data feeds in excess of our...

Options spread margin calculation with IB

Back to the bull put spread question: Say I enter leg 1 of the trade today (sell @10) and Leg 2 next week (buy @ 9) would those 2 trade match automatically on the day of the second trade to net-off (reduce) my margin requirements? or do they need to be entered simultaneously on day 1 as a...

Options spread margin calculation with IB

I have a portfolio margin account and have not figured out how IB is calculating margin requirements for BULL put spread strategy. Any thoughts?

Retrieve options spread strategy data with IB's excel API

Interesting - but TWS says otherwise: Naked Puts for the same strike seem to require more margin that vertical bull spreads with a buy leg 10% lower. It could be a case of illiquid options only (or just the ones that I am looking at) but TWS does not lie.

Retrieve options spread strategy data with IB's excel API

Right, and how do you calculate the maintenance margin impact in excel?

Retrieve options spread strategy data with IB's excel API

I can pull information from shares and options - but is it possible to see vertical and horizontal option strategy pricing in excel?

Options math 101 - Net returns from an unexercised put

My question is not that much 101 after all! Options have such a bad reputation and making simple components such as what I am raising here so murky does not help!

Options math 101 - Net returns from an unexercised put

10% using your calculation is where I am getting at across my watchlist! It seems to be a reference in the market.
