I don't understand your logic. You are new, you join, your first 10 posts are reviewed by a moderator before they appear on ET. Why would that keep you from joining ET? How are those "terms" so offensive?

I haven't had any major issue for quite awhile. But yesterday and today have sucked. No charts for the past hour.

I have never had one issue with PayPal in 6 years. I have done thousands of dollars in transactions, and transferred money to and from other accounts.
