thats a lie, almost all of soros' fund growth has been internaly generated...he has taken nearly no new money since the 60s....with quantum fund anyhow, with some of SFM's newer funds there has been some more recent remmitance im sure, in fact its very very hard to even get any funds into soros...

dude go to school i have a bach in international finance, i cant help but think that my education has at least had SOMETHING to do with my success as a trader....im only 24....and if it werent for that education, i wouldnt have been HIRED as a FX trader, i wouldnt have been able to be hired to...

you see, the thing about any 'system' is that its validity deteriorates over time....ANY system....so funds cant take a profitable system and etc etc etc, because the ENVIRONMENT changes and the system is no longer valid.....thats what these systematic idiots dont understand.......the mkt is not...

im used to fx where you get the price you click.....and if not, then you dont get a fill at all.....and mosst of the time you get your price......im afraid of the implications of market orders in equities on short term trading.........any thoughts???? anyone traded both???

what in everyones opinion is the more fertile environment for trading, its been said that nyse is less risky etc, and that prop firms favor trading on nyse, but then i hear lots of bitching about specialists etc, so what are pros and cons.........ive never traded equities, but will soon...

i started trading futures while at university, and got a job trading when i was done....welli started a business, and managed the treasury of the business in fx mkts anyways......... trade fx, its a 24hr mkt......i ususally traded the european session that starts around midnight.....
