I have heard it was 5k or 10k to easy start an uptick :confused: 100k seems to be on the high side. during the middle of the day we dont even see 100k maybe 70k only first 2 hours well see 200k-600k

yeah i have been routing through smart at IB and i have not been really happy but i will try to hit acra or brut to see if that gets me better fills :confused: my sizes are alot larger then they were a few months ago i am doing15- 20k shares per day i could easily due 30k on a good day i think...

Joey i am currently happy with IB but i have seen that cybertrader has even lower commissions... but dont know of there platform or transaction speeds are any good...

newbies expect to much to fast and get killed... i was one of the lucky and persistent ones. I NEVER GAVE UP!! no matter how many years it took off my life. it can be reversed in most cases. i'll get those years back.

i cant get streaming data for equities in thier TWS i have been dependent on another brokers data and place trades through IB to.... what i want to do is just get streaming data through IB TWS and feed to through qoutetracker or siearra charts and use there backfill capabilties .... what do...
