Hi All, Euro closed near the 50% retracement of the 1.08-1.29 move but since it was crossed back and forth during the last three trading days of the previous week, I consider it not to be a level anymore but something that market feels conformable with. Even 1.1780 has become more serious...

Well, not exactly. There is a little difference in what you are saying and what it really is. Those are not the best bid and offer - those are the last transactions that took place as far as they have information on it throughout their network. Once you see that price changing - what does it...

    Cash Forex Trade Volume

Hi Trevor. I cannot talk much about futures market because I am not concentrating on it much and don't trade it. But I can say for sure that no matter how large the bank is and no matter how big its trading volumes is, there is no large bank that is able to influence this market on the bigger...

Also, lets not forget that this market is very different from other markets. Market makers/brokers that offer retail platforms are not actually executing orders directly to the interbank market - you do not deal with the bank, you deal with them. Online FX volumes are a different story and...

Hi Trevor. Actually there is a bank that does that: Bank for International Settlements (www.bis.org). Its a bank for central banks. They do the survey once in 3 years. New release is expected this year. Read here: http://www.bis.org/press/p030703.htm The 2001 survey, in which 48...

Spot FX : who makes $$$?

Hi Guys. Thanks izeickl. Well, its no easy money and therefore I should say anyone who has an approach of "easy" money should better go and enjoy spending it in Vegas. What can I say - maybe I am not that good, but I make money on FX and that is my main income. I don't have any other job. I...

I have just revcently reentered the short on the bounce, but I didnt enter so close to high. I needed confirmation and in such a volatile market its not easy to enter close to piks. But I prefer it that way. I never "jump" into the market, so untill couple of bars closed price was well below the...

Hi All, We broker the 1.1850, but we are now in the last stage of what is keeping the Euro. The last thing left now is the same old supporting trend line. It is currently around 1.1820, and thats where we got the support today. If we see sustained break below that level, it should trigger...

We got hour candle close below the 1.1970 where the trend line is stading at. This may trigger further selloff.

Hello fellow traders. Lets take a look at the Euro. The question right now is whether we already have or have not hit the bottom. Many see 1.19 and the low slightly below (the 1.1860/70) that was hit last week as a possible bottom. I tend to agree with that partially but still with a great...

Hi Andre. How are you?! ok, the entry order was activated and we are short GBP at 1.8120. As I am typing ptice is at 1.8088/92. Been as low as 1.8080 - thats almost the 30 pips stop loss, so I have just moved the stop loss to entry level.

Have put a stop-sell entry order at 1.8120 for case of a trend line break on Cable. I dont trade breaks very often, but this one looks nice, risking only 30 pips with 200 pips potential target . Stop loss: 30 pips target: 1.7920
