    Some investment advice?

What I take personally is when people don't take time to think. In my opinion, no one with a formal education in finance would make the statements you are making. Name a single instance when the government of the United States has defaulted on a treasury. Take your time. I'm in no hurry.

    Some investment advice?

Quite interesting to be called a fool by people who did not follow the details of the initial request. Once more for those who may not speak english as their native language. The poster requested a "risk free" investment. As mentioned in my response, "risk free" is a term used by those WITH AN...

    sherwood futures, llc

Hello Honeybear: They may indeed want to train an inexperienced person. The question of why they were unable to offer common courtesy to applicants would trouble me however. I have seen this before. It is possible that it would manifest later with your "employer" telling you to pack your things...

Hello: In this very dim light I can barely make out my name. Could you add two more digits please. Thanks, Steve46

    Camarilla equeation?

Hey folks: Its Friday night (actually it is Saturday morning) and I am doing some automated searching of Congressional Records as I promised Mr. Ramoutar (I'll tell you about it later). Anyway I wanted to mention some ideas with regard to Camarilla (which I know very little about) and pivots (...

How do YOU trade a Trading Range ?

I'm sorry Samson, I need to learn to slow down and think a little bit before I comment. My apologies.

How do YOU trade a Trading Range ?

sell strudel! Sorry Nkhoi, I could not resist. By the way, selling straddles in a low volatility environment exposes the seller to a lot of risk. Personally I would not do it. On the other hand, it we are talking about time frames out past 60 days, I would consider selling hedged volatility...

How do YOU trade a Trading Range ?

Samson: Seems to me that what you are really asking is "Do any of us have a workable strategy for trading a range bound market, that we are willing to disclose to you. I prefer the straight request, but I know that most traders don't respond well to that, thinking that they may have something...

TradingScience Announces a Strategic Alliance With Trade-Ideas

Interesting to me that even though Mr. Ramoutar has offered some good advice in the past, when it comes to promoting this web based business, we still have to hear the hype. I wonder how it is that Mr. Ramoutar has been able to prepare for the market each day, and somehow find the time to train...

    sherwood futures, llc

Hello Folks: Some time ago, I responded to an advertisement Sherwood Futures placed in a local paper. Wrote them a very good letter indicating my interest. Enclosed a resume. Never got the courtesy of a reply. Figured they might have misplaced my letter of interest and phoned to follow-up. Once...

    Advice to a newbie

Ah, I hear the whine of a little boy whose feelings have been hurt. Well Prince/Spitfire (or whoever you are) I don't have time for your ridiculous crap. Don't understand? Go find an adult to explain it to you. Have another beer mate.

    Advice to a newbie

I doubt that Spitfire was successful at anything. In order to be successful, you have to be able to process information, think critically, and focus. The poster indicated that he/she had a background in business (MBA), and asked for suggestions for reading. What part of that request is hard to...

    Advice to a newbie

Dr. Trader: Over time, I have found that a population of wannabe's exists here (who knows why). Seems they are member of three groups, drunks (or high), eccentrics, or just plain stupid. Apparently they like to post for the attention. I am reading a couple of books that seem to be promising as...

    Some investment advice?

Incredible!!! Hard for me to understand what people are thinking about. "Risk Free" investments are easy to find. In the US, simply buy United States treasuries. They are backed by the "full faith and credit" of the US goverment. The shorter the duration, the less total "yield risk" for the...

    J-chart

Seems Reitberg (like so many others) wanted to do a little guerrila promotion without paying for it. Really gets to be quite a chore finding something of value under all the bull. I guess you just have to bring your shovel with you when you check into the ET posts. They: As I mentioned...

    J-chart

Hey Folks: Interersting isn't it, that just as we are starting to get to a point of understanding, suddenly the information tap is shut off? Apparently Reitberg had the time to post all the previous information but now it is taking too much time! This is hilarious.

    J-chart

OK: I took another look at the website. A couple of things occur to me for the present. First, there is reference to using a price, chosen arbitrarily I believe, as a "balance point". From that point the display resembles MarketProfile. If I am correct the display shows a distribution of...

    J-chart

Hello Everyone: I reviewed "JChart" briefly perhaps a month ago. I did not take a lot of time to try to understand it because there was no way to translate the jargon. Reitberg, I am an educated adult trained as a mechanical engineer. I have an extensive background in applied math. If there is...
