So you're not going to take a great set up if you are down -$100. You cannot go in with scared money. You always got to be open to an opportunity that the market presents itself. Onward, and forward. Take every trade and do not put a restriction on youself.

Mowery, I am sure porgie is concerned for novices without mentors, or any proven and well quantified systems or methods etc. You'll be fine.

I made a really bad trade yesterday. Yes, I am such a great trader that I rarely do make a losing trade that I feel actually good about losses, since they do make me feel "human"... Indeed, a very rare occurance. Thus feel free to have fun at my peril.

"Mental" stop was supposed to be -5 pts on a short. It went against me -125 pts the very same day, ...STILL didn't get out... My broker finally bailed me out the next morning for -113 pts. Had he not done that, I could've came out a winner on that trade. I'm a winner.... :D

I use a 1 minute chart. Because sometimes the 1-minute bars can be extremely noisy it could by itself lead to so many false singals. I bet the signals would be much more clear on a 5-10 minute chart. Thats what I need to do, try out a 5-min chart. But, I like my charts to take up the full...
