Denial is an ugly thing.... It is the nature of a fragmented market... no price protection and no gurantee the opposing side of a trade comes to you and not someone else... :)

There is nothing to stop ISLD from traing through the best markets.... happens all day in every stock. Welcome to the OTC world. :)

It definitely depends on your software... the ECN may take .001 but your broker may not. ISLD allows .001 increments. INCA allows .001 if the security is priced below a certain level I think INET is planning on getting rid of .001 and only allowing pennies.... e.g. YHOO already INET...

Yes... it is weird... even on listed stocks that have almost zero liquidity showing in the ISLD book, I often find people are watching eager to trade. Granted it is not all the time... but I find it is worth sending part of the order there to see what happens... :)
