    What's driving NG down?

It is not what the weather is, it is what the weather will be. It will be warm next week and winter ends in only 6 weeks. If NG supplies haven't been drawn down by now they aren't going to be before winter ends.

Daily volume on ES for last Friday?

That number is very wrong. The correct volume of 3,235,779 is shown in the daily bulletin. http://www.cmegroup.com/daily_bulletin/Section11_Equity_And_Index_Futures_2011019.pdf

    Switzerland. Is this true?

"35% of world money deposited in Switzerland" is complete nonsense. Here is a list of the top 50 banks in the world by assets http://topforeignstocks.com/2010/09/24/the-worlds-50-biggest-banks-by-assets-2010/ There are only two Swiss banks on the list at number 20 and number 27. Swiss...

    Switzerland. Is this true?

Your question is very vague. Are you talking about the Switzerland itself or the Swiss banks ? How is a Swiss bank supposed to know a deposit is "tax evasion money" ? Short term rates in Switzerland are near zero so Swiss banks pay everyone zero.

How to Protect Your Income from Taxation?

Nothing stopping you from trading futures in an IRA. You can even naked short futures options in an IRA.

    Good options on futures broker?

Why are you defending high cost brokers? You cannot justify the unjustifiable. The stated market value of an options contract has nothing to do with what it costs the broker and the exchange to process a trade. You pay the same commission to trade an SPX option worth $128,335 as a stock...

    Liquidity rebates for NQ

Since there is only one place to trade NQ there is no reason for the CME to pay anyone. You just pay the fees to the CME and your broker. Futures volume is properly expressed as contact sides or RTs per time period. i.e. 50 sides a day or 25 RTs a day.

Anyone has experience with DeepDiscountTrading.com ?

Not at current short term rate levels. When short term interest rates are at normal levels IB pays tiered interest on cash. At futures only brokers you have to buy T-Bills.

    Trading software fees

Because they can and traders are willing to pay the price asked. You can always use a broker with a free platform. Or use a free 3rd party or open source platform.

    Think or swim?

Where did you get that $4 RT rate from? According to the TOS website they charge $3.50 a side or $7.00 RT for futures.

QuoteTracker To Be Finished End of 2011

How does that logic work? By letting QuoteTracker die Ameritrade hands customers to the competition. One of the problems that Ameritrade has with QuoteTracker is that the software is so good it shows how crappy the Ameritrade data feed is. Rather than provide a decent data feed they kill...

Any huge size stock day traders out there?

Thanks for the reply. Advantage Futures is a great clearing firm with aggressive rates for volume traders. It doesn't correlate well with the ES, but another futures contract that does good volume is the 10 Year Note on the CBOT. On Jan 13, 2011 volume was over 1.2 million contracts.

Any huge size stock day traders out there?

Wow, you are the second person on this short thread to recommend trading the big S&P without a clue that it does no volume. Jan 13, 2011 Volume March ES 1,670,930 March SP 11,931

Any huge size stock day traders out there?

Not to change the topic, but who is your clearing firm, what commission are you paying and what is your day trade margin per contract?

Any huge size stock day traders out there?

There are ES traders who day trade 100 lots and larger. Average size is well above 1 lot. Any fool (except you) knows there is no market maker for ES.
