You can look up to see if your representative voted for this bill or not...if they did vote for the bill and you choose to re-elect them, then it's your fault. People need to stop voting these morons into office.

I could be wrong on this, but I am pretty sure they slipped in a congressional pay raise on the second TARP bill so it would pass. I don't know all the details on that, but I am almost positive I heard that. They added a pay raise for CONgress and some extra pork for a few interest groups...
