    Crazy people with a lot of money..... ----------------------- really its self explanatory, think of an auction; people bid and offer and cancel and get filled, etc., also automated market making computers I'm sure.

    Jtrader API : new OCX...

    Pats will test your app for conformance. If it passes you recieve a "confirmation" number and you also have a ID for your app. You then tell your Clearing firm(FCM) these two numbers and they then can enable your app to run on there Pats servers.

    are you talking about US Notes? Electronically they trade from 8pm(or 7pm?) - 5pm Eastern Time the non electronic are 8:20am-3pm eastern

    I agree with this. I think firms are making two sided markets in Dow Mini but it is still electronic and if they have a bid you can take it. Now, of course they may only have that bid for a short time so be quick!

    What do you mean by they back away from their quotes? A/C/E is an electronic matching system. If a bid or offer is their you can take it.
