Tough mental grind all day. Signals not taken, not letting profits run, you name it. Got one freaking penny on a 1900 share trade which was easily worth 600 a couple minutes later. I somehow got my head in the game for the last hour and had one decent winner. - 57 bucks overall.

Well dino, I didn't get rich, but today sure was a nice gift, after rolling my UYG puts to september on Friday, and switching to long 2000 deltas from neutral. +600 trading +1470 overall (BTW, only one trade friday, came just short of 10k for the week.)

These kinds of days happen 3 or 4 time per year for me, but not to this degree. Must be doing something right. My only concern is trade breaks in the morning. We'll see. +8,248 on 75,400 shares. Time for a very expensive beer.
