Thanks for your support. Well, here's where I am right now. I have sold one more Put for 31 (from 15.1) and added one more 1430 Call at 6.75, plus opened a new position by purchasing one 1410 Call. I feel the downside from here is limited to 5 more points at the most, but the upside could go to...

You bet :) That's one of the reasons why I'm here, is to help people understand, embrace, and trade options as intelligently and effectively as possible by alleviating the fears about time decay. The other reason is that journaling is truly a new thing to me as I hate to type and I'm quite...

Although that's a possibility, I'm not expecting a large move. But I am expecting the following: High velocity non linear moves (like what happened today), and high gamma (low I.V.) That should be enough reasons, don't you think ?? :)

Perhaps he forgot to tell us that the moment his stop was hit, the moment he re-entered a short at the same stop price. You just forgot to ask. :D

The market is certainly strong today, even though my model is saying to short here. I've added one more May 1440 Put and opened a new one with the May 1450 Put. Thank you July Wheat for helping out today.

Here is a very profitable game that Saudi Arabia also can play.

Fascinating analysis SouthAmerica. I've always wondered why Mahmoud has that smurk on his face whenever he's shown on TV and asked about the "tension" between his country and USA. He did help the mideast become flush with petro money that they will have to invest it back here when stagflation is...
