I think demand finally is increasing last couple of days since more and more countries (partially) lift measures. In these countries it also becomes clear everyone that has an alternative chooses that over using public transport. So my guess is buyers are betting demand will pick up drastically...

For basic historical data on ES backtestmarket.com is cheap. No tick data and no level 2 data though, those kind of data sets will be much more expensive as far as I know. But for checking some stats on 5M bars for example 10 years of data will cost only a couple of dollars.
