Take a quick look at the chart of NEM. It's been going down all year long this year. The Gold Bugs got caught again with their pants down, and far too much hype. Often times, the shares don't do well due to how much forward production is hedged, and at what price.

Should find "C" wave support at 1492.55 and 1487-ish. See chart.

"C" Wave decline still in effect. Initial support level at 1497.90 SPX, and 1495.25 Should 1495.25 break, look for the market to hold 1492.55 / 1487.40

It's a Summer Friday in NYC and it looks like a lot of specialists have left for a 3-day weekend, handing their "book" over to junior assistants with instructions to NOT get "involved" in order flow. There were some very large-cap stocks that were down over 2 points on a little over 200,000...

"C" wave looks to be complete at today's 1504.75 SPX low. Upward and onward. See chart.

That's interesting. The market seems to be saying that it wants to go UP, but some refuse to listen . . . Futures now up 12 handles from the lunch time dip. :)

Since we are now 17 handles off that low ( and the futures retraced 50% during the lunch time "dip" before rallying further ), I would say that your 1503 area held. :D
