Are there any ETF's that follow the Nikkei 225 in the say way that SPY does for the E-Mini S&P market? The only one I can find is EWJ, and I don't think it's 'directly' related to the Nikkei. Any help is appreciated.

It's said that ideal ratio spreads occur when ATM options have lower IV's than OTM options. What program, tool, or website finds this situation and ranks the most extreme in terms of IV ratio where OTM are WAY overpriced in comparison to that same market's ATM options.

Why won't yahoo finance allow me to see detailed option prices for indexes like HUI. ETF and Stock options however, are no problem for this data. The summary page for HUI or any other index has the 'option' icon greyed out. Please help.
