I am not sure with metastock, but with Ensign what helped was an update of eSignal and Ensign. I am not sure which one helped but volume data is available tick per tick as advertised by eSignal. tntneo

well.. you can not. As far as I know TS only allows using ascii files (as third party). The global server is locked out, no importing possible anymore (the menus are disabled). I guess this was in a move to push their historybank service. And now with Tradestation.com live, TS is not...
