    My solution is I walk away after placing my contingency orders, and yes sometimes I do go meditate. If i hear the "ping" of an executed stop loss it helps me accept it more easily without the self beratement cycle or blaming "the market".

    What I read of his last book disappointed me. I was all mentally prepared to purchase it ,but I was in one of those bookstores stores that actually have chairs for reading, Guess you can say I read too much , decided to get a pizza instead.

    My short was stopped out at 1299.25 on 1/11. On 1/12 the high of the day never reached my limit price, close but no cigar. Waiting patiently thereafter. I still believe there is more down room than up, but it makes little difference to me.
